Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to loan applications and insurance processes
Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files for submission to loan and insurance companie
Handle data entry and verification in internal systems and databases
Coordinate with front-office staff and external agencies to collect and verify necessary documents
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information
Assist in generating reports and summaries related to loan and insurance processin
Follow up with clients or agents for pending documentation or clarifications
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Support other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
