We are looking for a smart, tech-oriented, and digitally skilled professional to manage back office operations with strong system knowledge and AI tool support. The role requires handling digital processes, documentation, reporting, and system-based coordination efficiently.

💻 Digital & System Operations:

• Daily back office system handling

• Computer-based operations and data management

• Digital file management and documentation

• MIS preparation and reporting

• Email drafting and professional communication

• Data formatting and structuring

🤖 AI & Automation Support:

• Using AI tools (like ChatGPT and other AI tools) for:

• Email drafting

• Report preparation

• Documentation

• Process structuring

• Smart task automation

• Supporting departments using AI-based digital systems

🗂 Internal Coordination:

• Coordination with HR, Sales, Accounts, Operations teams

• Internal reporting support

• Process documentation and standardization

• Digital workflow management
