Process and verify customer/client applications and documents. Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards. Handle data entry with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments for operational support. Track pending cases and ensure timely closure. Manage filing systems and maintain confidential records. Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support audit and compliance-related activities. Respond to internal queries and provide administrative assistance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred). Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of back-office/operations experience may apply. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management is preferred.
