WeDesh Consultants is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to serve as the critical front-end of our sales funnel. This role focuses intensely on outbound calling, lead qualification, effective appointment scheduling, and meticulous data management to support the Country Counselor team and drive overall pipeline growth.
Lead Calling & Qualification: Systematically execute high-volume calling on leads from various sources to gauge interest and determine suitability for our services.
Positive Lead Generation: Actively engage prospects through effective questioning and communication to generate positive (qualified) leads.
Appointment Booking: Efficiently book appointments for the Counselling Team and manage the scheduling process to ensure high utilization rates for counselors.
Lead Handoff: Accurately and promptly pass qualified leads to Country Counselors, providing comprehensive background notes for a seamless transition.
Event Outreach: Conduct targeted calling campaigns for events (e.g., seminars, webinars) to maximize attendance and registration.
Data Management: Diligently manage lead data by entering accurate and detailed comments in the software (CRM), including conversation summaries, next steps, and prospect status.
Record Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and prompt updates to facilitate reliable pipeline tracking and reporting.
Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Experience Range: Freshers up to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or a similar administrative/outreach role.
Compensation: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month (In Hand Salary).

Communication Mastery: Must possess good, talkative communication skills and professional phone etiquette, with clarity in both verbal and written correspondence.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer knowledge and ability to efficiently use CRM, data entry, and other office software.
