Subject: REQUIRED CRM EXECUTIVE FROM EAST DELHI (Female Candidate Must be Married)

Responsibilities:

• Age Should not be More than 35.

• Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Contact clients via calls, emails to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.

• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.

• Handle the processing of all orders, Sampling, and Complaints with accuracy and follow-up in timeliness.

• Booking of Tickets for Sales Person, Via Train and Air.

• Do any other work which is assigned by the company.

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a CRM

• Basic knowledge of Book Keeping & Accountancy

• Email Communication

• Good Communication and Telephonic Skills

• Best practise in MS Office , Google Drive.

• Quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : Salary :- Rs. 15000 to 22000

Experience : minimum 2 years

Distance From office : Distance to office maximum 45 mins.

Timing : Timing 9:30am to 6: 30 pm , Monday is Week Off

Note: Candidate Should have own house
