We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Shuddharth India Private Limited. This role involves managing back office work like data management, online replies, call replies etc. Get ₹13000 - ₹15000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage India Mart Queries on phone, whatsapp and email.
Send catalogue , product photos to various customers and queries as and when asked for.
Edit and manage the images of the products with proper labeling and logo
Post photos and videos on the insta and facebook handles on daily basis.
Send and run promotional whatsapp messages to groups and customers.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
