Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily backend operations, data management, and internal coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role also includes basic telecalling, follow-up coordination, and assisting in daily team management activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & MIS Reporting
Perform accurate data entry and update records in company systems on a daily basis.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily activity reports, and performance trackers.
Ensure all databases and spreadsheets are updated and error-free.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Monitor data accuracy and identify/report discrepancies promptly.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain proper employee/customer files and documentation.
Verify submitted documents for completeness and correctness.
Ensure systematic filing of physical and digital records.
Track pending documents and coordinate timely collection.
3. Communication & Coordination
Handle official emails and maintain professional communication with internal teams.
Coordinate with field staff, team leaders, and management regarding daily updates.
Make follow-up calls for pending tasks, document collection, and status updates.
Support internal communication and assist in resolving operational queries.
4. Backend Operations Support
Assist in day-to-day administrative and backend operational tasks.
Support order processing, status tracking, and workflow management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned backend processes.
Help improve process efficiency through proper tracking and reporting.
5. Telecalling & Follow-Up Support
Make basic telecalling calls for candidate/customer follow-up.
Coordinate interview schedules, confirmations, and reminders when required.
Maintain call records and update outcomes in the system.
6. Team Support & Task Management
Assist in coordinating daily tasks among team members.
Track task completion and report delays/issues to seniors.
Support supervisors in ensuring discipline and timely work completion.
Eligibility & Requirements
Preferred Candidate: Female
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations
Good typing speed with attention to detail
Strong communication and telecalling skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of office administration and reporting
