Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling office documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases
Handle data entry and documentation work
Coordinate with internal teams and clients
Assist in preparing reports and MIS
Handle emails and basic correspondence
Ensure smooth day-to-day back office operations
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Good communication skills (Hindi preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management skills
Ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of data management systems
Experience in administrative or back office roles
