Key Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to collect daily and weekly progress updates.  Prepare and maintain project progress reports, dashboards, and schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly).  Assist in project planning, resource tracking, and work scheduling using MS Excel / MS Project or similar tools.  Handle correspondence with clients, consultants, and internal teams regarding approvals, shutdown requests, and documentation.  Support in preparation of estimates, work completion reports (WCR), and HOTO documentation.  Maintain records of material reconciliation, manpower deployment, and site expenditure.  Track pending approvals, material deliveries, and progress status to ensure timely completion of project milestones.  Assist in preparation of presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and project status summaries for management review.  Coordinate with finance and billing teams for invoice validation, BOQ tracking, and payment follow-ups.  Ensure all project documents, drawings, and correspondence are properly filed and accessible.
