Key Responsibilities
§ Assist in day-to-day executive tasks and coordination
§ Handle internal and external communications
§ Screen and direct phone calls, manage emails, and serve as a liaison with internal staff, clients, and stakeholders.
§ Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize data
§ Conduct internet research and basic data gathering
§ Support in presentations, documentation, and meeting arrangements
§ Liaise with different departments for smooth workflow
§ Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
