Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant – Operations to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day activities related to machinery operations, maintenance coordination, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth workflow, documentation, and operational efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily machinery operations.

• Support in scheduling maintenance and service activities for machines and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and logs.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for procurement and repair tasks.

• Track inventory of spare parts, tools, and other operational materials.

• Monitor machinery performance and assist in implementing process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

• Handle administrative and logistical support for the operations department.

• Assist in training and onboarding of new operations staff, when required.
