Job description: -
· We are looking for an Office Coordinator with 1+ years of experience.
· The candidate should be well-versed in drafting and responding to incoming and outgoing emails.
· Must have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, with email drafting.
· Should have working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
· Responsible for maintaining order sheets and issuing dispatch instructions.
· Follow up with clients for payments.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Department to gather data and share it with the Quality and Production department to ensure timely delivery of samples and orders.
· Ability to work effectively in different situations and handle multiple tasks.
· Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
