We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. The primary responsibility of this role is preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and maintaining records related to sales inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries received from the sales team or clients.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts departments for pricing and product details.
Follow up on pending quotations and customer responses.
Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and customer communications.
Handle order processing and documentation.
Update customer databases and sales records regularly.
Assist in preparing reports related to sales and quotations.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all back-office records.
Provide general administrative support to management and office staff.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and quotation formats.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of ERP/Tally software is an added advantage.
