The Back Office Executive supports daily business operations by handling administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks. This role ensures smooth workflow between departments, maintains accurate records, and supports front-office and management teams with operational efficiency.
Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases
Process invoices, bills, and other financial documents
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and operations
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required
Monitor emails, follow up on pending tasks, and manage correspondence
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems
Experience with data management or reporting tools
