Preferred Candidate:
1. Female candidate residing in Faridabad (preferably within 10–15 km of Sector 14)
2. Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent)
3. 1–3 years of office administration/tele calling/customer support experience
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas),Canva or similar design tools
5. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Job Responsibilities
•Calling prospective producers/ vendors, generating and following up on leads
•Maintaining records in MS Excel- Stocks/MIS/Vendor database
•Preparing quotations and basic reports
•Filing and documentation. Coordinating with the sales and operations teams from the facility for timely documentation
•Email correspondence, prepare letters and maintain office correspondence
•Handle filling, documentation and general office administration Manage company’s social media handles (Create basic promotional posts on weekly basis and
upload company’s working updates)
