Hiring: Back Office Executive

📍 Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
Process customer orders and maintain records
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and transporters
Manage inventory and stock records
Follow up on payments and pending orders
Maintain sales, dispatch, and purchase reports
Handle documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
Good knowledge of Tally , GST , MS office, and Email
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in back-office operations preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
