Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Pantry Boy with cooking skills to support our hospitality team in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pantry Management: Maintaining a clean and organized pantry area, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and managing inventory.

• Ingredient Preparation: Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and portion control guidelines, including chopping vegetables, and fruits.

• Food Preparation: Preparing and plating cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts. Preparing sauces, dressings, and other condiments.

• Garnishing and Plating: Garnishing dishes with spices, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, and ensuring proper plating for cold dishes.

• Food Safety: Following food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and assisting with ordering.

· Support for Other Operations: Assisting with dishwashing and cleaning duties, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Ensure utensils, cutlery, and pantry equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.

· Temperature Monitoring: Monitoring the temperature of food and ensuring proper storage to maintain freshness and safety.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or corporate pantry setting preferred).

• Basic knowledge of cooking, including preparation of Indian and continental snacks/meals.

• Familiar with pantry equipment and safety standards.

• Well-groomed, polite, and customer service-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible with working hours and event-based schedules.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
