We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with the smooth running of our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist various departments, and ensure efficient communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative activities.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.

• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.

• Coordinate with vendors, visitors, and internal staff.

• Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.

• Support HR and accounts teams with basic tasks.

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the office area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in office administration is an advantage.
