Data entry and record keeping
File management (paper & computer files)
Preparing reports and documents
Handling emails and office correspondence
Maintaining employee or customer records
Assisting accounts, HR, or operations team
Updating databases and spreadsheets (Excel)
Basic computer knowledge
MS Word, Excel, Email
Typing and data accuracy
Organization and time management
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Usually 10th / 12th pass (some jobs prefer graduation)
Computer course or basic IT knowledge is helpful
