Job Description

About INNOV NEXT: INNOV NEXT is a leading company based in Chandivali, Mumbai, specializing in innovative solutions and services. We are committed to delivering excellence and creating value for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic Back Office Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Interns who are eager to gain experience in this field are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

    • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support.

  2. Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including answering phone calls, making cold calls to potential customers, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations.

    • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

  3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of important documents.

    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and invoices.

  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Other Duties:

    • Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree, for interns).

  • 1-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role, preferably in sales support (experience not mandatory for interns).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
