We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves managing data, handling calls, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
Maintain and manage company data, records, and documentation accurately
Enter, update, and verify data in systems and spreadsheets
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Assist in client communication via calls, emails, and messages
Coordinate with internal teams for information flow and task follow-ups
Prepare reports, MIS, and basic documentation as required
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all business information
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience in back office or administrative work is a plus
