Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling documentation, data entry, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases
Perform data entry and prepare reports
Handle billing, invoices, and basic accounting support
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams
Assist in inventory, purchase orders, and follow-ups
Respond to emails, calls, and internal queries
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior experience is an advantage
