Back Office Coordinator
We are seeking a sharp and efficient Back Office Coordinator to be the link between our vendors, our Dahanu factory, and our online delivery partners. This is a fast-paced coordination role based in our Mumbai office, ensuring smooth product flow from production to final customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Coordination : Manage communication with vendors to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to the Dahanu factory.
• Delivery Management : Arrange and track shipments with online delivery partners (e.g., third-party logistics) and resolve delivery exceptions quickly.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all orders, inventory transfers, and delivery receipts using our computer systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred) to coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Computer Skills : High proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel and email are a must).
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
