The Admin / Backend Executive is responsible for providing administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and supporting sales and installation teams with backend processes.
Manage and maintain customer records, documents, and data accurately
Prepare, update, and organize quotations, proposals, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with sales, installation, and operations teams for job progress updates
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Upload and manage documents on CRM systems and internal portals
Assist with rebate applications, compliance paperwork, and approvals
Ensure all backend processes are completed within timelines
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Prior admin/back-office experience preferred (but not mandatory)
