Responsibilities:
Handle banking-related work, including cash deposits, cheque deposits, and document submissions, NEFT & RTGS Forms fill-up etc.
Perform photocopying, printing, scanning, and document binding tasks.
Organize, maintain, and manage office files and records.
Deliver and collect documents from clients, vendors, and government offices when required.
Assist staff with administrative and clerical support.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
Purchase office supplies and monitor stock levels.
Support daily office operations as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass.
Basic knowledge of banking procedures and office documentation.
Ability to operate photocopying and scanning machines.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
