Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Watch computer systems, mainframes, and dashboards for errors, performance issues, or stoppage messages.
Batch Processing: Run, schedule, and manage daily data processing jobs, updates, and reports.
Data Backups: Perform and monitor routine backup procedures and data recovery tasks to prevent data loss.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix basic hardware, software, printer, and network malfunctions, or call for professional repairs.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean peripheral devices, perform preventive maintenance, and manage hardware inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
