
Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records through the system.
Review and process attendance regularizations, shift changes, and leave requests.
Coordinate with department heads to validate absenteeism, overtime, and shift schedules.
Generate and analyze attendance-related MIS reports (absenteeism trends, late coming, overtime, etc.).
Handle queries related to attendance.
