Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, and basic content editing to ensure smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and data management with accuracy
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Edit and format documents, reports, and internal content
Support team members with administrative and back-office tasks
Manage emails, reports, and office documentation
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Basic editing and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in back office or administrative work
Familiarity with data handling and record management
