Role Objective:To ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of MH99 Burgers franchise outlets in Mumbai by monitoring operations, maintaining SOPs, guiding franchise partners, and reporting to the Head Office (HO).Key Responsibilities:1. Visit and inspect 3 franchise outlets daily to ensure operational excellence.2. Oversee franchise activities and guide teams to follow company standards and best practices.3. Track inventory usage, verify stock levels, and prepare reports for the HO team.4. Monitor consumer offers, study purchase patterns, and suggest improvements to boost sales.5. Ensure franchises place regular orders and follow SOP-based sales procedures.6. Maintain kitchen discipline with strict adherence to hygiene, regular oil changes, food safety, andother operational protocols.7. Support franchise staff with operational training to ensure consistent product and service quality.8. Submit daily/weekly reports on franchise performance, challenges, and corrective actions to theHO team.9. Identify operational gaps and coordinate with HO for timely resolution.10. Ensure all outlets uphold MH99 Burgers' quality, service, and brand presentation.11. All Outlet Profit and Loss Account Manage COGS Manage All Cost.12. Handle Online Offline MFR And Hit complaint.13. Follow All SOP And R2P MnR.Skills & Requirements:Strong operational management and leadership skills.Knowledge of QSR operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.Good communication and team management ability.Analytical skills to track sales and consumer trends. Willingness to travel within Mumbai daily.Qualification & Experience:Graduate in Business/Hotel Management or related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in QSR/restaurant/retail operations.Experience in managing multiple outlets will be an added advantage.experience in McD,kfc etc
