We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to support manpower deployment, recruitment coordination, and daily task assignment to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support manpower deployment as per site requirements
Coordinate with HR team for recruitment
Assign daily tasks and duties to teams and supervisors
Ensure clear communication of work instructions to manpower
Monitor attendance, replacements, and daily operational needs
Coordinate with site in-charges for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
Strong coordination and people-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
