We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support franchise coordination. The role involves processing material requests, ensuring timely delivery, and handling certificate processing along with general administrative duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative activities of the office/center
Process material requests received from franchises
Coordinate with internal teams/vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials
Track material requests, dispatch status, and maintain proper records
Follow up with franchises to confirm receipt of materials
Process student and teacher certificates accurately and within stipulated timelines
Maintain certificate records and documentation
Handle phone calls, emails, and official communication
Maintain student, franchise, and staff records
Prepare reports, letters, notices, and official documents
Coordinate with management, staff, and franchises for smooth operations
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and office discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (English and Tamil/local language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in institute/franchise administration preferred
