We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support daily office operations at our Motera location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Prepare reports, letters, and other office correspondence
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Assist with billing, invoices, and basic accounting support
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support management and other departments as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounts or HR support
Experience working in an office environment
Professional attitude and problem-solving ability
