We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience to support daily office operations at our Motera location. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently while supporting management and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and clerical activities.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documentation.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
Assist with billing, invoices, and basic accounting support.
Order office supplies, monitor usage, and manage office inventory.
Support event planning and management, including internal meetings, corporate events, and coordination with vendors.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email).
Good verbal and written communication skills (English and local language preferred).
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience working in a professional office environment.
Professional attitude with problem-solving and coordination skills.
Experience in event coordination or office event management will be an added advantage.
