Requirement :  Admin Executive - Male & Female Both
Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
 
Job Description : 

•Prepare, format, and maintain official documents, reports, and records.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
• Maintain data and reports using MS Excel (entries, tracking, basic formulas)
• Draft letters, emails, using MS Word
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvals.
• Assist in maintaining office records and registers
• Support management with administrative tasks as required

Requirement : 

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Power point is must 
• Good documentation and formatting skills
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
