We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in the share market and back office operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day back office operations related to equity, F&O, and other market segments

• Maintaining and updating client records, trade data, and internal reports

• Preparing and reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Coordinating with dealers, operations team, and compliance for smooth execution

• Managing client queries related to trades, ledgers, margins, and statements

• Ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely completion of assigned tasks

• Supporting banking-related work such as fund transfers, pay-in/pay-out follow-ups

• Assisting in documentation and regulatory/compliance requirements

• Basic handling of emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the share market / stock broking industry

• Strong knowledge of Equity, F&O, and back office processes

• Familiarity with trading terminals and back office software

• Basic understanding of banking operations related to trading

• Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and data management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
