Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Sales Executive to manage daily accounting activities while supporting sales operations and customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, communication abilities, and experience in billing, invoicing, sales coordination, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups

• Handle GST, TDS, and basic taxation documentation

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records

• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting

• Coordinate with auditors and accountants when required

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and customers

• Prepare quotations and sales reports

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders and payments

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

• Support marketing and promotional activities

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or Excel

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or sales

• Freshers with strong skills may also apply
