Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damages
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store appearance
Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets
Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software preferred)
