Job Description Job Title Lead - Solutions Development, Mobile Technical Services Location Bangalore, India About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Development Lead to join our Mobile Engineering Services team in India. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation, develop client-centric solutions, and build high-performing teams while leveraging technology and IoT platforms to deliver exceptional value across diverse market segments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Development Lead and manage the Solutions Development (SD) Team within Mobile Engineering Services in India, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that integrate legacy solutions with emerging Tech & IoT platforms to create differentiated value propositions Build and execute advanced sales strategies to maximize team productivity, pipeline growth, and revenue achievement Collaborate strategically with JLL Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Strategic Procurement & Solutions (S&P), and Solutions Development teams to deliver optimal client outcomes Client Engagement & Relationship Management Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and pain points, translating these insights into tailored solutions Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service that exceeds client expectations and drives long-term partnerships Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure full compliance with JLL policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all operations Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and service providers to build a robust network supporting the Mobile Technical Services portfolio Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction Team Development & Performance Management Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (required) Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred) Experience 7+ years of experience in managing service sales, preferably within HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), or OEM organizations 3+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams and service operations Proven track record of driving sales efficiency, achieving revenue targets, and delivering measurable business results Industry experience from HVAC, Electrical Systems, FAS system companies, or OEMs (highly preferred) Experience in the service industry is an added advantage Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities Experience with project management tools and methodologies Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities We foster cross Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
