• Supervising work progress and attending progress meeting with Client.

• Planning installation work & executing it in an organized manner – Plan for next 15 days

• Managing material issue and inventory of materials and keeping proper record of all inventories – Stock Register.

• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, Workfront and housekeeping.

• Preparing the site progress report - DPR and sharing it with Client and Project Manager.

• Independently managing project execution work and handing over of project to client.

• Regularly supervise the work to ensure quality of work

• Ensure housekeeping and safety norms are adhered to daily
