1) Perform a preliminary site visit to understand and prepare a report on the existing provisions and services.
2) Identify the scope of works from the ID drawings for Interior-fit out works including MEP, HVAC and Works.
3) Take-off the quantities accurately from the ID drawings and prepare a complete BOQ for the interior fir-out works including MEP.
4) Prepare effective rate analysis report for each item of work.
5) Sending enquiries and follow up for the prices of out-sourced items from specified manufactures/ suppliers and prepare a comparison statement.
6) Prepare the Budgetary BOQ for the project team with corresponding Materials, Manpower and Machinery budget.
7) Ensuring all items covered in the BOQ as shown in the drawing.
8) Preparing the variations BOQ with coordination of project team.
9) Project handover to project department
