Job Title: Site Supervisor Railway Projects
Salary – ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and site location)
Location & Relocation – Willing to relocate and work at different project sites including: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Gujarat, Bihar, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing site labour, supervising daily work activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned railway works, and handling attendance and salary coordination of workers at site.

Key Responsibilities
–Supervise site labour and manage daily work activities.
–Maintain labour attendance and daily work records.
–Coordinate site work with engineers and railway officials.
–Ensure safety rules and work quality at site.
–Assist in wage/salary calculation and payment coordination.
– Maintain document verification of every Labour is mandatory (by Police
verification and maintain all documents of each one .

Qualification & Experience
–Minimum: 10th / 12th / Diploma
–Experience: 2–4 years in site supervision (Railway / Infrastructure preferred)

Skills Required
–Labour handling and work supervision
–Attendance & wage management
–Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reports)
–Good communication skills
