Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Fresher Site Supervisor who can supervise and coordinate ongoing work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and supervise the assigned project/site regularly.

• Monitor the work currently in progress at the site.

• Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and the internal team.

• Ensure that the work is being carried out as per the required plan and instructions.

• Keep regular updates on site progress and ongoing activities.

• Prepare and submit a Daily Site Progress Report (DPR).

• Report any issues, delays, requirements, or other site-related concerns to the management.

• Maintain proper communication between the site and office team.

• Ensure timely completion and smooth execution of site work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fresher candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of site work and supervision is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel and visit project sites.

• Responsible, active, and willing to learn.
