Experience Level: 5+ Years Role Overview: To oversee all structural elements of construction projects, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved structural drawings, safety codes, and quality standards.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

• Structural Oversight: Supervise the installation of reinforcement, formwork, and casting of concrete. Ensure all structural members (beams, columns, slabs) are aligned with the blueprints.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Review structural drawings and identify potential "clashes" or design errors before execution. Coordinate with the Lead Structural Engineer to resolve site-based discrepancies.

• Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous inspections of materials (steel grade, concrete mix design) and workmanship. Manage slump tests, cube tests, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) as required.

• Project Scheduling: Breakdown the master structural schedule into weekly/daily targets. Manage labor productivity to ensure the "skeleton" of the building is completed on time.

• Safety Leadership: Ensure all structural activities, such as deep excavations or high-rise formwork, strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in site supervision with a focus on heavy RCC or Steel structures.

Software

Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS or STAAD.Pro) is a plus.

Codes

Strong knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocodes, or IS Codes).

Leadership

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and large labor teams.
