Job Overview:

Floweret Realtech Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Pitampura, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, labor handling, and ensuring work quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and quality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors

• Monitor material usage and maintain site records

• Ensure safety guidelines and protocols are followed on-site

• Report daily progress to management

• Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and processes

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage labor and meet deadlines

• Preference for candidates available for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
