Site Supervisor - Civil

Job Summary:
The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and labor, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing work.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

• Check material quality and maintain material consumption records.

• Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on site.

• Conduct site inspections and identify quality issues.

• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution.

• Measure work completed for contractor billing.

• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
  

Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• ITI Civil candidates with strong site experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 2–8 years in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
