We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team at Vastuvid Design Consultancy Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹70000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
