🚀 We’re Hiring | Design Architect (Residential) 🚀

At ISTA Spaces, we build thoughtful residential spaces. We’re looking for a Design Architect with real estate experience who can take ownership from concept to site and bring designs to life.

📌 Role Snapshot

▪ Role: Senior Architect – Residential

▪ Location: Bangalore | HSR Layout, Sector 2

▪ Experience: 3–6 years (Real Estate preferred)

▪ CTC: ₹4–7 LPA

▪ Joining: Immediate / Short notice preferred

⚙️ What You’ll Do

▪ Lead residential projects from design development to on-site execution

▪ Create detailed drawings and closely coordinate with site teams

▪ Work collaboratively with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders

▪ Ensure seamless translation of design intent into on-ground execution

✨ What You Should Bring

▪ Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion

▪ Working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape/Twin motion, Photoshop

▪ Solid understanding of residential detailing and execution
