Position: Sales Team Leader – Interior Design

🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and manage the interior design sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving conversions, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📊 Sales & Revenue Management

• Lead and manage the interior design sales team

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor team performance and provide daily guidance

• Drive lead conversion and revenue growth

• Handle high-value clients and close deals

📞 Lead Management

• Assign leads to sales executives and designers

• Track leads from inquiry to closure

• Ensure proper follow-ups and client engagement

• Generate new leads through references and marketing channels

👥 Team Management

• Train and mentor sales executives

• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews

• Motivate team to achieve targets

• Maintain discipline and productivity

🏡 Client Handling

• Understand client interior design requirements

• Coordinate with designers for proposals & presentations

• Negotiate pricing and finalize deals

• Maintain strong customer relationships

📈 Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams

• Track project progress after closure

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 Years experience in Interior Design Sales

• Strong leadership and team handling skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Experience in residential & commercial interior sales preferred

💼 Preferred Skills

• Interior design industry experience

• CRM knowledge

• Team leadership experience

• Client handling & negotiation skills

💰 Salary Range

₹4 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Based on Experience)
