Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior projects including residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interiors.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Track project progress, timelines, material procurement, and manpower planning.
Conduct site visits and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Manage billing, cost control, BOQs, vendor payments, and project documentation.
Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Handle project handover and closure documentation.
Required Skills
Strong project management and site execution knowledge.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fit-out processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or project management software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in interior design or fit-out project management.
PMP certification is an added advantage.
