Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to manage and supervise interior/architecture projects at various sites. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality of work, and completing projects within the planned timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit project sites regularly and supervise day-to-day site activities.

- Monitor the progress of interior/architecture work and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.

- Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling workers, civil workers, and other site staff.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, clients, and other project stakeholders.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.

- Take site measurements and verify completed work as required.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick solutions.

- Track project timelines and ensure work is completed within the committed deadline.

- Maintain daily/weekly updates regarding site progress and report the same to management.

- Take photographs/videos of site progress and maintain proper project records.

- Ensure workers and contractors follow proper work practices and site discipline.

- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of tools and materials.

- Inspect completed work and identify defects, pending work, or rectification requirements.

- Follow up with contractors and workers to close pending/rectification work.

- Coordinate multiple activities at the site to ensure smooth execution without delays.

- Communicate client requirements and feedback to the project/design team.

- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and work schedules for projects.

- Keep track of project expenses and report any major additional requirements or deviations.

- Ensure the project is handed over properly after completion.

Requirements

- Experience in interior projects, architecture, construction, or site supervision preferred.

- Good knowledge of interior execution and site work.

- Ability to manage workers, contractors, and vendors effectively.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to read and understand basic drawings, layouts, and measurements.

- Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.

- Willingness to travel/visit multiple project sites as required.

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project execution.
